Inventory Products ship quickly. Personalized and made to order items take a few days to produce. On occasion, if your order contains a back-ordered product, we may need to hold item(s) in-order to ship the complete order. Back-ordered inventory is identified on the product page. Free shipping may be applied on orders over $10 with code FREESHIPME. Please keep in mind that this code can not be combined with any other promotional discount codes. Unfortunately, free shipping is not available for international customers at this time.

REFUSED DELIVERY

Any refused delivery may be subject to additional fees or a restocking fee. We recommend contacting us prior to refusing the delivery to avoid additional charges.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

All of our items ship from within the United States. Prices are shown in US dollars. International shipments are not eligible for free shipping offers.

We are happy to ship packages internationally including Canada, Mexico and overseas. Import duties, taxes, and charges ARE included in the shipping charge for UPS selected.

All international shipments will ship out when the order is ready in full. Due to shipping orders complete, shipping time-frame may extend to 3-4 weeks. Q: What's the difference between the bamboo fabric & our brushed poly jersey?

A: The are BOTH buttery soft & made with the most premium of fabrics. Our brushed poly jersey is commonly found on our nursery & layette items. Our Bamboo Viscose is used on all of our pajamas, convertible rompers, and some of our footies!

Q: Will the Bamboo fabric tear?

A: No, our PREMIUM bamboo is better than your typical bamboo fabric found on other brands. Ours is thicker, softer, and lasts longer too! We call it a no-tear, no-worry bamboo.

Q: What happens if I misspell a personalized product?

A: Double-check spelling and the name before you check out. Once you submit the form we send the order to our custom-rapid-printing facility to make sure you get your order ASAP! So unfortunately, once you submit your order we are not able to make any changes to it.

Q: Can you help me match colors?
A: We are always happy to help with coordinating colors & prints (that's our favorite part of our job - helping you shop!) You can reach out to our amazing customer service team by email, on social, or via our live chat!

Q: Do you gift wrap?

A: We love that you are sending your favorite CL items to your family & friends! Unfortunately right now we do not have a gift-wrapping service, but we do ship their order with your gift note printed on our amazing inserts (no prices included), and ship your order in our specialty branded poly! They will be beyond excited to receive your thoughtful and amazing gift.
