Sales Tax

Caden Lane is required to collect 8.25% sales tax on orders shipped to any Texas address. Orders placed with Caden Lane that are shipped outside of Texas will not be charged sales tax, but may want to consult applicable tax laws in their state.

All orders by check or money order will be sent upon 10 days of the check clearing.

Gift Certificates/Coupons

Be sure to sign up for the Caden Lane newsletter. As a Caden Lane preferred customer, you will be notified of exclusive sales, notice of new sale items, and special discount codes for weekly specials!

If you already have a discount code or gift certificate and would like to redeem it, the Caden Lane shopping cart will prompt you to enter your code at checkout and the amount will be automatically deducted from your total.

Gift Wrapping

Are you sending your purchase directly to the recipient? Don't worry! We'll wrap it up really cute and include a gift card. Please make a note in your checkout as to what you'd like the card to say (approx. 2 lines). Unfortunately, the bedding is too large to be wrapped.

Price Guarantee

When you shop at Caden Lane, you can rest assured that you are purchasing our items at the lowest price available online! We want you to be confident in your purchase from Caden Lane, if you find the same item at a lower price, we will match or beat any competitor's price! Item must be sold by an authorized US distributor, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount. The request must be made within two business days of your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Caden Lane! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact a sales representative to obtain a return authorization number (RMA). You may return it for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 14 days of receipt of the item. Instructions on obtaining a RMA: Our team is available from 9 am - 6 pm CST. They will issue you a return number (RMA number) that is to be placed on the exterior of the box. Items must be received back at our warehouse within 10 days of receiving your RMA. Items must be unused and in resellable condition; unopened and in its original packaging. Please include a copy of the invoice sent to you at the time of delivery and a brief note explaining the return/exchange. We HIGHLY recommend that you return your merchandise via insured courier (FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and keep your receipt & tracking number. Caden Lane is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Please note: we will not accept returns without the return number on the outside of the box. Items in less than perfect condition will be sent back at the customer's expense. Orders are processed and shipped as soon as they are received and in most cases cannot be canceled. When you receive your item, use our return procedure to return the order. Sorry, all shipping fees and gift wrap fees are non-refundable. Shipping and Handling fees will be deducted from your refund/exchange. Note: refused deliveries will be charged for the original shipping fees plus a 10% handling fee. *The only non-refundable items at Caden Lane are custom/personalized items and custom furniture orders. We also regret that we cannot accept returns on sale items. Returns/exchanges maybe subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Shipping Information

Caden Lane uses FedEx Ground, UPS Ground and USPS for most shipping. Shipping charges are calculated automatically in the shopping cart depending on the total cost of your purchase.

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We will notify you immediately if a different ship-to address is needed. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box since some items are custom-made and may require extra care.

Shipping Charges: Up to $50 $12.95 - $16.99 up to $100 $16.95 - $18 $100+ free shipping (excludes sale items).

Back Ordered items

We try to keep constant inventory of all of our collection, but occassionally popular items do get backordered. We post the date we expect to receive the backordered items, but due to delays beyond our control, the dates can vary a few weeks. Please feel free to call us if you have any questions, or email about your order at orders@cadenlaneco.com.

International Orders

International orders will incur higher charges than stated above. Please contact us for exact prices for these shipments and for specific information regarding international orders. Unfortunately, some of our items are only available within the 48 contiguous states. The customer is responsible for any duties and taxes that may or may not be charged. Any broker’s fees will also be the responsibility of the customer. Caden Lane does not collect on any duties, taxes or broker fee therefore we cannot refund any such amounts or cover the charges.

Freight Shipments

If you are receiving a shipment from a freight carrier, the delivery company will call ahead of time to schedule your delivery. You must be present to receive, inspect and sign for your delivery. When your order arrives, you are responsible for performing a thorough inspection of your shipment, in the presence of the driver. If you find any signs of damage to the item's packaging, it is imperative that you note the damage on the driver's delivery ticket.

Delivery Time

Most orders ship within 2 business days from when the order was placed. Because many of our products are hand crafted and made-to-order, shipping times given in the product descriptions are estimates.
