As we head into the holidays, and wonder WHERE this year went, we can't help but look back on the top 3 color trends in nursery design! We love how color still dominates the design world, gone are the days where themes and dancing animals were the focal point of the baby's room.

We love how these color trends think outside the box of typical color combinations. They work for modern, sweet, & sophisticated nurseries. And although these are specifically targeted to baby girl nurseries, we are going to do a seperate feature on the Top 3 Boy Color Trends in Nursery Design next!

1. Coral and Navy Nursery Design - our Everly's Garden Baby Bedding features a gorgeous feminine coral and navy floral print, with hints of teal and peach. You could easily incorporate gold or silver as accents, and the bold colors will easily grow into a big girl room later on.

2. Pink and Gold Nursery Design - there's no denying that gold is EVERYWHERE! And we are absolutely okay with that. This popular color makes our hearts happy and our nursery design even cuter! Pair it with a gorgeous shade of pink, and you've got the trendiest nursery on the block. Go big or go home with our ahhhhh-mazing Golden Goddess Pink and Gold Nursery Bedding - or mix and match with our metallic gold damask crib sheet!

3. Mint Nursery Design Trend - we can probably thank Elsa for this spike in color trend, because it's EVERYWHERE! But there's nothing "Frozen" about it! Mint can be paired with a variety of accent colors, and one of our favorites is with coral and gold like in our Trinity's Tribal Baby Bedding. Plus, a little aztec inspired print doesn't hurt either!
