Returns & Exchanges


Our policy lasts 20 days. If 20 days have gone by since the item has shipped, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the original tags attached.

If you are wanting to return any Women's Swim, please email us to process the return for you with a photo to confirm the hygienic liner and tags are still attached. If these requirements are not met, we cannot process a return.

International Returns: Due to the high cost of shipping for our customers, all international purchases are FINAL SALE.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Sale items, custom or personalized goods such as monogrammed items, custom name swaddle blankets, personalized crib sheets, changing pad covers, and blankets are non-returnable. We also do NOT accept returns on products that are labeled Special Order Items, including: Digital Wall Art, Wallpaper, Curtain Panels, Travel Bags, and Toddler/Throw Blankets. 



If you are approved, then your refund will be processed back on the original method of payment. Refunds normally take 3-5 business days, but some banks have even longer processing times. 

There are certain situations where a 15% restocking fee may be applied to your refund or exchange:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is not postmarked within 10 days after receiving the RMA


Late or missing refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.



We do not offer exchanges. If you are needing a new item, please reach out to us and we can provide you with a pre-paid return label to receive a full refund for the item(s) in the form of store credit. Please note that we will not refund the original shipping cost on the order.



If the item(s) was a gift, we can either offer you store credit or send a refund to the gift giver who will find out about your return.



You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
