Final delivery for Standard Shipping is made by USPS.

Personalized Items:

All personalized items typically ship within 3-5 Business days. 

Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box since some items are custom made and may require extra care.

In stock items typically ship within 2-3 business days.

Inventory products ship quickly. Personalized and made to order items take a few days to produce. On occasion, if your order contains a back-ordered product, we may need to hold item(s) in order to ship the complete order. Back-ordered inventory is identified on the product page. Shipping costs are based on the items ordered and the ship to address.

Free shipping may be applied on orders over $50 with code FREESHIP50. Please keep in mind that this code can not be combined with any other promotional discount codes. Unfortunately, free shipping is not available for international customers at this time. 

REFUSED DELIVERY

Any refused delivery may be subject to additional fees or a restocking fee. We recommend contacting us prior to refusing the delivery to avoid additional charges.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

All of our items ship from within the United States. Prices are shown in US dollars. International shipments are not eligible for free shipping offers.

We are happy to ship packages internationally including Canada, Mexico and overseas. Import duties, taxes, and charges ARE included in the shipping charge for UPS selected.

All international shipments will ship out when the order is ready in full. Due to shipping orders complete, shipping time-frame may extend to 3-4 weeks.
