Personalized Items: All personalized items typically ship within the 1-2 week timeframe. Due to COVID restrictions, some items occasionally take a few days longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding, everyone is working as fast as they can.

Caden Lane uses UPS and USPS for most shipping. Shipping charges are calculated automatically in the shopping cart depending on the total cost of your purchase. Caden Lane is not responsible for items lost, stolen, and/or damaged in transit.

Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box since some items are custom-made and may require extra care.

Some orders may require a signature for delivery. If you would like more details or to inquire if your order may require a signature, please email orders@cadenlane.com

Free shipping may be applied on orders over $10 with code FREESHIPME. Please keep in mind that this code can not be combined with any other promotional discount codes. Unfortunately, free shipping is not available for international customers at this time.

REFUSED DELIVERY

Any refused delivery may be subject to additional fees or a restocking fee. We recommend contacting us prior to refusing the delivery to avoid additional charges.

RUSH DELIVERY

Please contact orders@cadenlane.com for options. We do our best to keep all items in-stock but certain items do sell out and may not be available for rush delivery. Items ineligible for rush delivery or expedited shipping include items labeled 'Pre-Order', 'Back-Ordered', or 'Special-Order Item'.

Please note that when choosing expedited or rush shipping we still require the 3-5 business day processing time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

All of our items ship from within the United States. Prices are shown in US dollars. International shipments are not eligible for free shipping offers.

We are happy to ship packages internationally including Canada, Mexico and overseas. Import duties, taxes, and charges ARE included in the shipping charge for UPS selected.

All international shipments will ship out when the order is ready in full. Due to shipping orders complete, shipping time-frame may extend to 3-4 weeks. All international sales are FINAL SALES.

Q: What's the difference between the bamboo fabric & our brushed poly jersey?

A: The are BOTH buttery soft & made with the most premium of fabrics. Our brushed poly jersey is commonly found on our nursery & layette items. Our Bamboo Viscose is used on all of our pajamas, convertible rompers, and footies!

Q: Will the Bamboo fabric tear?

A: No, our PREMIUM bamboo is better than your typical bamboo fabric found on other brands. Ours is thicker, softer, and lasts longer too! We call it a no-tear, no-worry bamboo.

Q: What happens if I miss-spell a personalized product?

A: Double-check spelling and the name before you check out. Once you submit the form we send the order to our custom-rapid-printing facility to make sure you get your order ASAP! So unfortunately, once you submit your order we are not able to make any changes to it.

Q: Can you help me match colors?
A: We are always happy to help with coordinating colors & prints (that's our favorite part of our job - helping you shop)! You can reach out to our amazing customer service team by email, on social, or via our live chat!

Q: Do you gift wrap?

A: We love that you are sending your favorite CL items to your family & friends! Unfortunately right now we do not have a gift-wrapping service, but we do ship their order with your gift note printed on our amazing inserts (no prices included), and ship your order in our specialty branded poly! They will be beyond excited to receive your thoughtful and amazing gift.
