Corporate Social Responsibility

HISTORY

Founded in 2005 by Katy Mimari, while pregnant with her first child. Caden Lane was created with the mission to help make mom’s lives easier with stylish nursery decor, functional infant apparel, and personalized gifts.  Currently headquartered in Boerne, Texas - the company remains privately owned, with the entire consumer experience, from product development to order fulfillment, based out of their TX headquarters.

Made by women, for women - Caden Lane is owned, led, and operated with a nearly 95% female team.

The Company has seen over 2500% growth over the last 5 years and don’t plan on stopping anytime soon. "We've focused on creating really great products - that moms WANT to use, and connecting with our audience," says Mimari.

TRANSPARENCY AND ETHICS

We believe that transparency, honesty, and ethical practices are essential to earning and keeping the trust of our customers, employees, suppliers, and partners. Our commitment to open and honest business practices extends to every aspect of our operations, from financial responsibility to policy enforcement.

Caden Lane has established robust processes, audit procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with our policies and applicable laws. We respect the diverse cultures and customs we encounter, both domestically and internationally, and are committed to adhering to all relevant U.S. and international regulations. Additionally, Caden Lane abides by various U.S. and international trade regulations, including shipping documentation, export and import documentation and reporting and record retention requirements. Regardless of where we operate, we hold ourselves to the highest ethical standards in all our business transactions.

DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION

We evaluate all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic. We value diversity, celebrate differences, and strive to create an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and respected.

Our employees receive comprehensive training to embody the core values of Caden Lane, including fostering a safe, fair, and harassment-free workplace. We prioritize mental wellness, diversity and inclusion, and professional behavior through regular training. QUALITY STANDARDS

Caden Lane’s success is rooted in our commitment to producing high-quality, stylish, and functional baby apparel and accessories that stand the test of time. We continually innovate to improve our products and elevate the customer experience, always striving to exceed expectations.

We are committed to socially and environmentally responsible manufacturing processes. High-quality standards are ingrained in our company culture, from ownership to management to every employee. We also take responsibility for the partners who contribute to our success, working closely with suppliers to ensure positive social and environmental impacts in the factories where our products are made.

GIVING BACK

Caden Lane is committed to supporting women on their journey to becoming a mother. In February 2023 we partnered with The Conceive Fertility Foundation that supports women struggling with the physical and financial burden of infertility. Through the foundation we are able to issue financial grants to deserving families suffering from infertility.

SUSTAINABILITY

At Caden Lane, we recognize the importance of environmental sustainability. We design our baby apparel to be durable and long-lasting, using carefully selected, high-quality materials that are gentle on the planet.

We work to minimize our carbon footprint by optimizing our supply chain, using ocean freight over air transport whenever possible, and maximizing container space for shipping. Our packaging is designed to be recyclable, and we aim to reduce the use of plastics and other non-sustainable materials.

Caden Lane is committed to protecting the environment by reducing waste, recycling materials whenever possible, and following best practices for waste disposal. We’re proud of the steps we’ve taken towards sustainability and are committed to further incorporating environmentally responsible practices into our operations.

CONCLUSION

Caden Lane has built a strong foundation by staying true to our values of integrity, quality, and innovation. We’re dedicated to growing our business responsibly, expanding our product offerings, and making a positive impact on our customers, communities, and the planet.
