Return & Exchange Policy
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Ineligible items (final sale and not returnable) include:

Items labeled 'Special Order Item'

Wallpaper
-
Travel Bags
-
Gift Cards & Gift Boxes

Digital Wall Art

All sale items
Backpacks and Tote Bags must be returned with all original packaging. Photos will be required when starting the return process.
All international orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Period & Refunds

Refund to original payment: Must be requested within 20 days of fulfillment date.

Store credit option: Extended window of 45 days from fulfillment date

After 45 days, we cannot process any returns or issue refunds/store credits.
Important notes:

Return shipping costs are deducted from refunds.

Once your return is submitted for refund or store credit, the refund type cannot be changed.

Tote Bags and Backpacks: Subject to a shipping & handling fee. Photos of original packaging are required to process the return.
Items Not Eligible for Refund
Items returned in the following conditions will not be refunded and will be donated or recycled:

Washed or worn
-
Stained
-
Strong odor or scent
-
Animal hair present

Damaged upon return

Missing original tags
-
Received outside the return window

Items marked final sale
Note: Caden Lane reserves the right to decline refunds for any items that do not meet our policy requirements.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or item:

Return your original item for store credit.

Use your gift card to repurchase the item you want.
All return eligibility rules apply.
